RAMPgreen is a leader in providing excellent customer service products. Its excellence and leadership in the market is based on fundamental values. These values are upheld internally within the organization and outside of it.  

The 5 RAMPgreen core values are:

Integrity

Commit to doing what is right, by the time it is meant to be done, in the manner it is meant to be done.
Integrity encompasses the thought-process, behavior and attitude that define all actions at RAMPgreen. An act of integrity starts by having the conviction to do the right thing under all circumstances. This is followed by a commitment to the action. The execution of the action is transparent to all involved. The act is completed in the manner agreed upon by the time stated. Any changes in the agreed upon plan are conveyed well in advance of the deadline. This manner of integral delivery applies to all employee interactions, both within and outside of the company.

Collaboration

Partner to establish relationships, honor individuals and build accountability in a group.
No activity or task at RAMPgreen is more important than the people who are doing it. Individuals are celebrated for their capacities, respected for their authenticity and supported in being collaborators. Respectful communication and meaningful, genuine collaboration are the pillars of all projects. Employees are not evaluated as individuals but rather as a group.
