• Working closely with usability team members, product managers, development teams and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, proof-of-concept mockups, web interfaces, demos, prototypes of proposed and planned applications and products.
• Collaborate in the definition of user interface design standards for applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.
• Conducting ongoing research of web-based user interface development best practices.

And you have...

• The ability to be a User-Oriented, UI Designer and you can think of ways to make a tool/product more user friendly.
• More than 4 years of experience in UI designing, with specific expertise with web-based applications and products.
• Knowledge of usability and coding practices for accessibility.
• Demonstrated experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and easy-to-navigate web interfaces.
• Fluency with web standards and technologies, including CSS, XHTML, JavaScript, Ajax and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong web graphics production capability and experience with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Visio and other mockup tools.
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter.
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints.

Icing on the cake if you…

• Worked on applications like Axure RP
• Graduate/Post-graduate in graphic design, user-interface design, human-computer interaction, or computer science.
